Well the Roster understands that there are also a thousand ways not to build a website, and yet these websites are all over the web. Why is that?
Everyone searches for everything online these days. For someone to meet a prospect showing off their freshly dry cleaned suit, shined shoes, shiny car, clean smile, new hair cut, and old outdated and/or unimpressive website, simply makes no sense in my mind. I for one would not want to be competing for business in this fashion. I hate loosing games and especially loosing business to someone else. I also know that one is only as strong as one's weakest link.
Good Example: If I go to a dentist's website, and his website is out dated or just looks bad, then I will think that his practice is also out dated, and/or he doesn't make enough money to have a nice web presence. Either way I would be moving onto the next dentist's website! His competition's !

If a Picture's Worth a Thousand Words then a Great Video's Worth...
The majority of web development companies were started by either programmers, or designers - None of which know anything about Marketing, Branding, Sales, or Video Production.
There are three primary functions that must come together to create a compelling web presence:
1) Superior Marketing / Sales
2) Excellent Graphic Design
3) State of the Art Programming
THE ROSTER is one of the few that has built the epitome of Web Marketing/Video Delopment & Design Companies.

*Marketing and Sales
We have that missing piece:The Roster's "in house" sales/marketing division have worked in finance, business development, and accounting for the largest advertising agencies and conglomerates on the planet for the better part of a two decades.
*Design The Roster's "in house" design team is all about being ahead of the curve with the latest, greatest, cutting edge graphic design on the planet. They are constantly pushing the envelope with incorporating fresh, forward thinking design into our projects.

*Programming
Our programming team has extensive skill sets including, but not limited to:
1) Web 2.0 (Social Marketing) Development
2) Programming expertise: Site Architecture, Content Management Systems, XML, Perl, Php, ASP.net, Video Production, Flash & Action Script, Javascript, Html, CSS
3) Database development: MySQL, Filemaker
The Bottom Line:
We have all three of these essential components covered to the tenth degree. With this said I am confident that we will be able to deliver a web presence for anyone that speaks of excellence. We at the Roster are experts at branding our clients in a powerful, and effective way. For example there are people in sales, and there are "Rock Star" sales/marketers. Big difference between the two of them. We specialize in making our clients Rock Stars in a way they never thought possible. We know that investing $$$ into yourself is the best investment one can ever make, but it has to be done properly. This is where we really excel. After all, you may be the best at doing something, but if nobody can find you, then nobody knows about you. What good is that? Also it is important to note: If one is writing business without a great web presence I take my hat off to them. However, they are making their job much harder, as well as not seeing what their true potential can really be. It's like being able to fight decent with one arm behind your back, a bad web presence, and then the tied arm is finally untied. Now one can really see their true potential using both arms, and not just one.
